Pillars of mindfulness

At LMM we want to provide resources that help you find moments of quiet and reflection in this busy world. We are working with Tim Moore from Blackbird Mindfulness on a series of podcasts that take us through the pillars of mindfulness. The pillars are the basic principles that will set us all in good stead for getting started with a practice of our own.

Each podcast will be about 10 minutes long so they are easy to fit into your day-to-day life. Some people take those 10 minutes each morning, lunchtime or in the evening before bed, whatever works best for you!
