Every Monday lunchtime from 12th April there will be a free mindfulness group on Zoom led by Tim of Blackbird Mindfulness.
It will start at 12.30pm for 20 minutes. No pressure to contribute, just an opportunity to start or continue a regular mindfulness practice. This group is open to everyone, from those who have never tried mindfulness before to those who have a regular practice.
